It s too expensive
I started a free trial with Deezer late last year. I quickly lost interest in using the service but I forgot about the terms of the trial. Well a few months passed and now I’ve been charged for two months of service with no usage on my account. I thought for certain that when I explained the situation to a representative, they would consider at least a partial refund. After all, they can see that I haven’t used the service at all for the past few months and that I made a simple mistake in forgetting to cancel the trail. But their customer service is basically designed to screw people like me I guess. I suppose this is technically legal and fine. But it’s also unfair and greedy in that I was charged for something that I didn’t use and that costs Deezer literally nothing to provide. If this is how they do business, by ripping off decent people who just made a simple mistake, then I don’t think they deserve my business or anyone else’s. They don’t even care about music - only money. Otherwise they would just focus on delivering music so well that most people won’t cancel and they would give back money that they didn’t earn in a fair exchange of goods and services. Instead they prey upon people who try their service and don’t like it. What a disgusting, trashy business.
Deezer has all of my favorite music and it is a little bit cheaper than Apple Music Really good app I approve it
I like the app very much. There's one problem that I'll mention. When I connect my phone with car multimedia, the song starts normally, but it's always on repeat. So i have to find my phone, to unlock it, to open the app and turn repeat off. So i lose too much time and then I'm not responsible driver. That's the only priblem that i found. Hope youll solve it in one of the next updates. Regards!
Llevo años usando la app, actualmente tengo suscripción Deezer HiFi y me encanta el sonido; pero estoy teniendo problemas al bajar y subir el volumen, cuando lo hago, la música se distorsiona, ya probé con varios auriculares, de cable y Bluetooth y sigue igual. Probé con otros servicios de música pero con otros servicios no tengo ese problema. Por favor solucionen ese bug porque es una gran app. Gracias.
I’m new to Deezer and starting to really enjoy the simplicity of the options combined with the great audio quality and selection of music. Keep up the great work and continue to simply and make more intuitive the UI. Suggestion: please add streaming ability on the Apple watch.
The flow playlist and option to pick your mood is why I use this app. The quality of the music is great and the skips given are generous. What I don’t like is the watch functions. When I play music I should see what I would usually see on my lock screen but on my watch. What I get instead is a useless menu to tap on. Often if I pick flow on my watch then later pick up the flow on my phone both will be out if sync with the watch showing the previous song and the phone showing the current correct song. Please fix the watch portion of this app!
I've been using Deezer for years, and since day 1 I've been annoyed by the UI. It's unintuitive and buggy, especially the search function. I think the app needs a general re-design. The music playback and everything else works great.
Está bien. Un excelente servicio de música, con muchas funciones, aunque Apple Music y SoundCloud me reportan un poco más. Vamos a darle un poco de tiempo. (Solo en el bot de Telegram que es lo que puedo usar). Saludos
