Great app everyone should get this app
The app stays on the initial screen that pops up when you first open the app and doesn’t advance from there. Its been like this for says.
I have used the iHeart Radio app since 2013, and have found it reliable and very simple to use. Its simplicity is my favorite “feature”. Even a year ago “ I would had given it 4 or 5 stars. But 2 problems have shown up that have reduced its rating to 3 stars at best, and going down from there. The worst is the 30 second video ad rolls that show up at inopportune and random times after a radio station is selected. These long interludes are infuriating, especially when using the app while driving. I realize that advertisments are a necessary evil for keeping many of the apps free, but 30 seconds is overkill, especially video, and that is on top of the numerous ads on the radio stations themselves. And the frequency of these ad rolls seems to be increasing. The second flaw is related to podcasts on iHeart, heavily promoted recently on the app. I tend to listen to part of a podcast and then come back to it later. Several times the podcast has lost its place and starts over when I return, defeating the purpose of using this app for podcasts. And once this happened right after I endured a 30 second ad roll. I have since abandoned using iHeart for podcasts, and instead use Apple Podcasts or Stitcher.
Please then add Italian Radio, Irish Radio and so forth. We are a country of those who assimilate but some of you want to force segregation. Rosa Parks must be spinning in her grave. What precisely IS “Black Radio?”Blacks are just the rest of us or hadn’t you noticed? Shame on you. Pandering is not an attractive trait.
The same “Limp Willy” ad running constantly on iFart is making think this app will soon be gone... is this the only advertiser that iFart can find in this era of the fake virus scare?
I have to listen to an ad every time the audio stream gets interrupted. Voice to text, Wi-Fi glitch, telephone call. Everything causes an ad to play when the stream resumes on Twin Cities patriot radio. This does not happen with every station. Are you trying to drive listeners away from certain stations?
My stations buffer a lot, especially Taylor Swift’s station; Favorites Radio replays a lot of songs, even after I thumb them down; need more skips per station; please stop censoring original lyrics; maybe think about alphabetizing stations; I keep having to re-add stations
I love i ❤️radio! I listen to it everyday!
I use iHeart for podcasts mostly, and since last update, app will not open! 🤬
While looking at this app following a link I received a confirmination slam of purchasing a subscription with no way to stop it! What a scam! No confirmation of wishing to purchase, just you have been suscribed and charged!
