I listen to 24/7 comedy often when I travel. It used to be the title of the track and artist displayed during the track. Lately it either displays for a second at the beginning of the track or hangs around for 2 tracks. Also when the artist is announced at the end of track in the last few days there are now 2 artists announced in succession even though only one artist was heard. I think there may be issues with the app.
bugs me that even though i'm listening to app in my headphones it seems to go into a sleep mode on my iphone x and if i go to it (the app) its in a different page and i have to tap the station again even though it is playing it currently then it does a complete down load to the station... does this cause even more data?
The app is playing the 2 featured songs way too much. I like them but I don’t need to hear them at your will 10 times a day!!
I’ve had this app for years, today when I click on my radio station it says thank you for your purchase and signs me up for a recurring monthly subscription, automatically. This is toxic, iHeartRadio should be ashamed of using this tactic. I will be deleting this app.
I use the app on my iPhone in my house. Today is the 2nd time I opened the app & a prompt popped up inviting me to upgrade for a cost. I hit dismiss and received a “thank you for your purchase” - I’m not that savvy and do not need more than what I use the free app for, so once more I have to research how to cancel a subscription I do not want. I might delete app as there’s got to be another way to access the 3 stations I listen to without this aggravation.
Didn’t like constantly deleting things I have no interest in. I don’t want you’re version of what is my favorite I could care less about what y’all think I have what I want now stay out my phone for your version of what you think I like.
You seriously need to update this app. It starts with these annoying podcast commercials and it never holds my place in the podcast I actually want to listen to. If this doesn’t change soon, I’ll be deleting this.
Keeps charging me $5.99 even though I NEVER ordered the service.
Signed in and then started getting charged for subscription. Nothing on the app indicates a fee? Now trying to cancel and it obviously not as easy as them charging me. Ridiculous.
I want to echo the frustrations and complaints of other users who have found themselves suddenly subscribed at six dollars per month to the iHeartRadio app. Twice now while simply opening the app and closing the pop-up advertisement I have found myself subscribed which I never intended to do. While I appreciate the app and have used it frequently, this seems like a deliberate scheme to get inadvertent subscribers. For that I’m rating it one star.
