For a professional person networking app, the requirement of security check during login is ridiculous. Need password, robot check, and still need to do verification email check. Who will always have email access? I deleted the app
Buyer beware, subscription auto renewals are NOT refundable under any option. Terrible customer service experience. Never again.
Crashes when I try to scroll through photos on a post!
Charged without consent. Impossible to get ahold of anyone to work out. Trash.
80 to 90% of the time, when I click a link in email or even just try navigating around within in the app, the app is unable to load the page. I either get a “no internet connection,” which isn’t true, or an “oops it’s us not you, try again” (trying again is no help). This has been happening for at least a year.
I have tried 15 times to upload my professionally taken photo as my profile pic, and each time, LinkedIn distorts the colors of my photo making it oversaturated, nearly all black. I’ve look for a way to contact customer service about this but also could not find anything except basic search arrived. Oh well, looks like no profile photo for me.
Ads, upsells, click-bait and lame “classes” all slow down and interrupt your conversations. Oh I spoke to their mobile team, and they admitted it’s ad impressions and daily click interactions that matter most. Premium is a total waste-even more ads, nags and spam Did someone in your network get tricked into uploading your private address so they can spam and sell it as a feature to advertisers? Were you that person? This app makes me so sad
Can’t search people in company, can’t do certain functions that the site offers.
Aplicación en IPhone fallla , no abre . Se queda trabada , anteriormente trabajaba
For the largest media fount of "The Gig Economy" Propaganda. There are surprisingly few remote opportunities on Linkedin.com. There is literally no support for FINDING local jobs. The recruiters are from consultancy agencies that want to ship you all over the country. Every job is a bait and switch. The job descriptions are too long. Employers pretend the job descriptions are contracts. There are no salaries listed on 90% of the applications. If not for money, THEN what am I applying for? Software jobs are especially shady on here. In two years of looking for work 3 companies have wanted me to agree to the "poison pill" where if you leave before 2 years is over you owe them "$20,000". That is just not legal. Out of 20 companies I have contacted 3 took me to their website where not only did I have to submit a real resume in a pdf or Word .docx, but I also had to spend 30min filling out that same information on their website. When there was a place to upload my cover letter there was no way to save my application and come back. Of the companies that did ask me in to interview, some hiring managers even asked me what my salary range was. NOW, you know IF you ask me my salary range and I do not get the job, I am GOING to blame you for making me feel safe in revealing that information. Even though I declined a few times during our conversation. NO means NO! Linkedin premium is the most worthless service you could ever imagine. A guy once told me he would "stand in a bucket of crap for $30/hr" Well, Linkedin Premium is the bucket of crap that you pay for in monthly recurring payments. When you cancel and get endlessly nudged to try it again; SOMEHOW, your settings to decline recurring subscriptions get reset. Linkedin is a serious racket. Linkedin.com is just a shakedown operation for anyone looking for a job or even a better job. It's facebook for desperate job seekers. Probably desperate business owners as well.
