Adept at protecting passwords - app interface isn’t very good. Won’t let me delete passwords and if you don’t have a subscription you will be constantly bombarded by the fact.
App is insanely unreliable on iOS. Crashes anytime you attempt to login to a site it does not recognize and you must search keeper. Has been a known problem for six months.
I suddenly had issues with Keeper on my phone. Clariece was very helpful and the issue was quickly resolved.
I don’t even know how long I’ve had ‘KEEPER’ But I do know that I would not want to be without it. It does exactly what the name implies 😜 Keeping my username and passwords Plus web addresses, just tap and you’r there. 🤣🗯
This program is awesome! I’ve had it for many years and it has never failed me. I’ve only used their support two or three times but each time especially the most recent. Their response was exceptional. They were able to help me reset my password and security questions. Oh my old phone so that I could transfer the vault contents to my new phone (I had forgotten both) Their responses were in minutes, and certainly under 1–2 hours, not days. I wish my other programs’ technical support. We’re as good. I highly recommend this program - it is worth every penny.
My review is the same as other 1 star reviews. I had to redo my facial recognition on my iPhone and of course like other apps you have to manually input your password to login back in. Unfortunately with keeper it would not accept my password or security question/answer. I even have a screenshot of what my answer is to my question. Emailed support and they say that there is nothing that can be done. So now I have several more months on a subscription that I can’t use. If I’m able to access my email and provide the verification code, that should be enough to recover my info.
So far it’s OK. However, there are two big downsides (that they will hopefully fix)! 1. On iPhone (both Xs Max and 14) if you try to search within the AutoFill Password (aka KeeperFill) screen in an app it crashes and slides away after typing 3-4 characters. 2. The form filling UX for name, address, payment card info, etc. is really bad. You must hover your way through several levels of a right-click menu for each field you want to fill. So slow and clunky. Form filling was much faster and easier with LastPass, which we used for years.
I absolutely hate that I spent money on this app. I don’t use it any longer because it’s glitchy and hard to navigate. I don’t understand how it got so many good reviews.
Is this a one time cost or does it repeat?
