This app is smooth to use, granted it does not sync with my training app like MFP does.(It definitely is similar to MFP in every aspect) , it tracks the calories I burned to cals I ate and what I have left (it’s nice on the eyes ;)!) library is huge. It’s worth the 15$ for 3 months(new members) and it’ll continue to be worth it. in the next 3 months I will be getting the yearly subscription.
Overall a good app, things like the barcode scanning make it much easier to track what you’re eating. However there are some annoying bugs that can make it hard to use, like sometimes I’ll add an item from the database to a meal, then look back later to see that it got set to a generic “item” object with 0 calories which obviously throws off my count for the day. Sometimes the same thing will happen even if you delete and re-add the item so not sure if it’s just an issue with certain entries. It’s also constantly trying to bring you back to the current day, even if you’re in the middle of editing a previous day which is frustrating and has led to me tracking days wrong without realizing
Eu estou amando o aplicativo! Recomendo demais
This is a quality product. It’s a bit hard to navigate at first but I’m 65. The variety of meals are very good and easy. I work from home and see clients here. I do follow intermittent fasting consistently. My client showed me this app. Thank you Franny!
The app can be annoying with trying to have me subscribe when I just want to track my calories. Some stuff aren’t accurate
I was so excited to get back into tracking my healthy habits & this app caught my eye! I love the look on this app- it is GORGEOUS! i have high blood pressure & i have been on a no/low sodium diet for the past few months. I wish there were recipes for the DASH diet. I have a whole community who would love to see this on your app. This would differentiate you from ALL other health platforms.
I love this app fr
on free plan, you have no way to adjust your daily calorie set. This is annoying because you can’t try out the app. If you have a specific amount, you want to meet and they just auto populate it for you. Delete!
This app is very buggy. It took me two years to tear myself away from Lifesum’s beautiful interface, but their glitchy data finally forced me to try another option. Never been happier. There are actually better options available.
I wish you could log what time you ate and the day ratings feel pretty subjective. If you could log when you ate it would help people who want to set up an eating window or are fasting in some ways or just want to space out their meals to stop impulse eating. Looking and seeing you just ate a full meal an hour ago might help people go for lighter snacks to tide them over until the next meal. Also, I feel frustrated when I had a good day and meet my macros only to hear “cut back on added sugar “. It really takes away from my accomplishments when I feel like I had a good day but I’m basically told, yeah, but did you REALLY? I had it in moderation if I wouldn’t have meet all my macros still been within my calorie intake, so stop shaming me for enjoying food I like please. There’s a lot of useful features though and recipes/diet plan (I haven’t tried them yet) I’ve used other features though like logging your weight, adding your fitness tracker data, scanning food, making and saving your own recipes and altering nutrition data that isn’t accurate or barcode that don’t exist in the system. Overall, it’s a very helpful tool with just a few almost insignificant kinks.
