The app can’t read the bottom of checks. I am using iPhone 12 Pro, so it’s not the camera, it’s the app.
This app does a great deal of helping you understand how it works and what questions you may have about your banking. I would recommend to anyone
I love the B of A mobile app. Banking from anywhere, real-time alerts on purchases and credits to my account. I can lock my debit from app so my card so it can’t be used until I unlock it. I can use zelle to send money to my daughter and she can use the money right away.
I posted a payment to my BA credit card ending in 9935 on 6/18/2021 using the BA mobile app. This payment should have been taken directly from my BA checking account. When I checked to see if the payment went through it hadn’t been completed. Why didn’t it get posted? When I asked Erica to check on it, Erica showed me a phone number to call. The phone number didn’t connect. I tried 2 times.
BoA why is your banking app so large? At 357.6MB it’s the third largest app on my phone (installation size). By comparison, Wells Fargo’s app offers the same experience and features, but is only 79MB (<25% of BoA) Either your app is inefficient/bloated and needs to be optimized... or there’s something else packaged there we don’t know about (sketch)

Riduculous amount of maintenance fee $12 you have to maintain a certain amount to avoid fees.
I have had this account for years and pay on the mobile app. With the last update, I cannot select my bank account to pay my bill. I have to enter all bank account details for each payment. I have also turned on payment reminders, but they are not sent. Payment reminders are only sent if you already miss a payment and they have already charged a fee. All of my other credit card companies will send a remind BEFORE the due date. Not Bank Of America though.
They have made it a lot more simpler than what it was I was having trouble in the beginning the last couple years but recently it has become much easier to read and understand
