Bank of America App always has worked well on the positive side and glade they do a much better than a average job keeping it tip top. They need to support Legacy App users!!!!!! Those that do not want to update iOS!!!! If you don’t understand why people would not want to update iOS take your head out of..... And Criminal, all I will say is 2008 The only reason a Bank now days let’s go of a nickel is get a better grip on it!

I’ve been with this bank since 2009 and I loved the mobile app up until 4 days ago it worked perfectly fine. Now I can’t reach the login screen at all. Ironically I get stuck on the screen that reads “what would you like the power to do?” and my brain is screaming login. It took me 11 tries to reach the login screen yesterday. That is ridiculous! Good thing it wasn’t an emergency.
I have found this app to be easy to use, and it allows me to transact everything I need to do. Also, I trust Bank of America to implement secure applications, and further, to promptly remediate any problems.
Bank of America has a great check depositing system.
When using Bill Pay, there is no notification or confirmation to let you know your bill pay transaction was completed. The pay screen just disappears. Nor is there a “pending” notification visible in either account for days that would let you know the transaction was successful. I think this would be an easy fix and would help avoid double payments.
Convenient, easy to use and safe. I highly recommend.
