Don’t Ever Use PayPal Friends and Family Payments
I recently was scammed out of $6,000 in Paypal because, in a thoughtless moment, I used the Friends and Family setting to pay for something. I not only could not stop the payment when l realized my mistake two hours later, but when I stopped fulfillment from my bank account to PayPal (my payment choice), they moved on to get it from the credit card I had on file without my permission. This was even AFTER I had spoken to a PayPal specialist and reported the payment as fraudulent. They said they could not stop the process even after the fraud report! I am very unhappy with PayPal over this. It seems obvious to me that the Friends and Family payment setting is too easily used for fraud. Considering how much PayPal makes off my business income every year, I think they could do better for us. Very, very disappointed in PayPal.

PayPal is the solution for anyone who’s traveling around the world. The business debt card works on nearly all ATMS globally without the high fees.
Unusable
Not optimized for iphone 12 mini. Can't even buy crypto. Simply unusable. PayPal's UI/UX across all platforms has been trash since its inception. It's always surprised me.

Still no iPad version
It works, but it’s ugly and badly laid out for the iPad screen. Can’t believe that all these years later, PayPal simply haven’t bothered to build an iPad specific version of this app.

The joy of PayPal reversal procedures 😡
I have been using PayPal for 5 years. I run a lot of my freelance business payments through this online platform. Recently, 3 separate deposits were made to my bank account totaling around 1000 dollars. I had called PayPal 5 days before I began to have problems. In that phone call I believed I had gotten my bank account information and my PayPal limits fixed. Unfortunately that was not the case. They did what they called a PayPal reversal on my bank account because they believed my account to be at risk. They could not tell me what I could change to make my account not at risk, nor could they override this problem. This is not the first time I have had numerous problems with this company. If I had another online financial platform that all of my clients had, I would use it. The last 5 years with PayPal have been a never ending headache. They are telling me it is a minimum of 10 days before they can get the entire process sorted out. There is no way to expedite a PayPal reversal procedure.
