Charge after free trial

First of all this APP gives you the same answer on all plants. Does not tell you the name of the plant and does not recognize illness. They keep charging after free trial. Very hard to cancel.

DOES NOT WORK AS ADVERTISED!

As the title already says, it doesn’t work as advertised. When you try the plant doctor it has a hard time identifying plants and just gives you a general message about watering problem that applies to all plant, does not specifically tell you if it’s under or ever watering. If I wanted to do a self diagnoses I can always got to google and look up signs of under or over watering plants without any subscription.

Terrible App

The information that was given was the same as all other plant apps. Over - under watering. Wow. Such great advice, No thanks for 7 bucks a week. Lol. Come on guys

This is NOT the app you think it is.

Yes this app can help with identifying things wrong with your plants BUT I’ve tried to reach out to the developer on why I’ve been charged over $9.99 a week PLUS tax. I live in Montana ! We don’t have a tax. I’m being over charged. I’ve canceled my subscription but I am still trying to reach out and get my money back especially the tax money that I should not have been charged. It’s insane.
