CHARGED DUING FREE TRIAL

I tried the free trial offer, and found it was not what I was looking for. I cancelled on the 3rd day yet still got charged. I tried writing to to the developers, completed the information requested, tried to send, and got a message saying “cannot send fix error” so it leaves me no option than to let others know. $9.99 can amount to a substantial figure if enough people sign up for this.

Canceling Trial Subscription

I installed this app this morning and I’m dissatisfied with the results I got about one of my plants so I immediately tried to cancel the subscription and it’s not working. I’ve made more attempts since then and I’m still not able to cancel it. I do NOT want to pay for an app that charges $9.99 a WEEK! Please cancel the subscription ASAP.

I always wanna know the health of my indoor plants

I take care of my plants as if they are my babies. I started getting into planting indoor plants about 7 years ago so I’ve been through trial and error but it’s nice to know what’s wrong with my plant when it isn’t looking too good. This app allows me to take pictures and get a diagnosis if my plant is sickly and it gives you tips how to try to heal it. I love it!!! ✌🏼🙏🏼

Rose bushes

Took pictures of two rosebushes to find out why they’re not doing very well and the plant identify comes back as completely different. Plants has no idea it’s rosebushes. I am very disappointed.
