Error
I keep getting an error saying I reached my limit when I pay for the app
I cannot continue “chats” it keeps asking me to upgrade to premium. I already have premium.
The app keeps asking me to upgrade, I already have the full blown app I paid the annual subscription. It is impossible to contact customer support.
A total waste.
I paid $69 for a annual membership because it said it can identify plants from pictures. It identified my avocado tree as some South American weed. Now I try to id plants and it just sits there hung up, probably the last 10 times.

The Facebook adds are incredibly misleading. There’s no image generation or personality settings.
Misleading, hidden charges, falsely advertised
You get charged for choosing free trial so that’s not even a free trial. Trying to cancel the subscription is like pulling teeth. The AI is not smart or knowledgeable in anything other than telling you what you may want to hear. The app is marketed through social media like you can create an avatar or AI assistant in the most creeper way possible but that is not even an option. So it misleads, falsely advertises its service and charges you money even when you choose the free 3 day trial.

So to the RoboAI team there is a very major bug that’s happening see sometimes I’m just using the app and then it signs me out and then they have to reinstall the app after uninstalling it and I have to restart my phone just to use the app again is there anyway you can fix this major bug?
