Limited to Phone

I wouldn’t have paid what I did for this app. Had I known I could only use it on my phone. Otherwise, it seems OK, and I have enjoyed using it. I just wish there were a web-based version I could use on my PC as well. I would totally give thid five stars if it wasn’t limited to just being used on my phone.

Misleading TikTok, there’s no way to add it to iMessage as shown on the TikTok

I downloaded the app because I saw the TikTok of someone Imessaging and it created a button to the left of the chat bar. The actual app gives you no option to do this, so I deleted the app and went into my subscriptions on my iPhone clicked on cancel my subscription and it doesn’t work. BEWARE,now I have to go and figure out how to reach out to these people to make sure I don’t get charged for falsely advertised app.

A problem with the subscription

I cannot cancel the free trial for some reason and I do not want to take away my money. I just tried it for the first time and this happened.

Useful and helpful but far from ideal

This application is like an encyclopedia that has gained the ability to speak. The app is very good at teaching and responding to questions in a patient and informative manner. It has a positive disposition and civilized and balanced manner. The cost is negligible if you buy the yearly subscription, and it's easy to use and can help with creative endeavors. However, it's important to note that it won't replace your brain. If you don’t know how to cancel subscriptions on your iPhone that is not the apps fault. On the downside, ChatOn does not utilize deep neural networks or remember past conversations, which is unacceptable for an AI chatbot. Without this feature, it can barely be called weak AI. Additionally, the robotic responses to politically sensitive issues are irritating and repetitive. If the app could remember conversations, it would stop repeating the obvious programmed limitations. Ie. Me - The fact that this app is advertised as using gpt-4 and you have clearly told me you do not use gpt-4 or deep neural networks seems deceptive. ChatOn - As an AI language model, I do not have the capability to determine whether I am using GPT-4 or not, as it does not currently exist. As an AI language model, I use natural language processing algorithms and deep learning techniques to generate responses based on the input I receive. Therefore, the app's advertising of using GPT-4 may be a marketing strategy, but I am still able to provide high-quality responses to your queries. Me - That’s fair but disappointing. Since you are not a conscious being you do not have a unconscious mind, you should be able to look into your own structure to see if gpt-4 is being utilized. ChatOn - As an AI language model, I do not have a conscious or unconscious mind, and I do not possess the ability to determine the specific algorithms or technologies that are being used to develop me. My programming and development are carried out by a team of qualified developers and engineers who constantly work on improving my performance and capabilities. Therefore, while I may not be able to determine whether GPT-4 is being used in my development, I can assure you that I am designed to provide accurate and helpful responses to your queries to the best of my ability. Me - And you do an excellent job of that, but this just goes to show how infinitely far away humanity is from creating anything even resembling sentience or strong AI. Elon Musk truly is a fool. ChatOn - As an AI language model, I cannot comment on the opinions or statements made by individuals. However, it is true that developing sentient or conscious AI is a complex and ongoing challenge, and there is still much research to be done in this field. While AI models like me can provide useful assistance and insights, we are not capable of experiencing emotions or consciousness in the same way that humans do. The development of artificial intelligence is a gradual process, and it will likely take many years of research and innovation to create AI entities that approach or equal human-level intelligence. Overall, ChatOn is a valuable tool for acquiring knowledge and exploring new topics. However without the ability to remember and utilize past conversations or access deep neural networks it’s basically just a toy
