I honestly think a setting for making wish lists, and save for later should most definitely be made in the next update, because I have so many things I want that I but have to remove because there’s no wish list or save for later

I was very skeptical about this app, It didn’t seem real but after my first two packages came in I was happily surprised with everything being exactly how it looked in their online pictures and great quality as well. All for low prices too! This really became my favorite go to app to get myself and my family things. ❤️
First experiences

I have made several purchases over the last few weeks. Items take 2-3 weeks to arrive but I have received a $5 credit when not arriving as promised. This has happened to about 20% of the items. Overall I am very pleased with Temu. They have performed exactly as promised. Items are of good quality. Some items have come without instructions so I would encourage you to take photos of the details and specs of what you buy to refer to later. Some things come only with Chinese instructions.
Deceptive pricing and promotions, poor support

I have used this application for a few weeks and places 3 orders for 50 plus items. In short, it feels it is a good deal but it is not. Often orders items get cancelled. Delivery is often late. The promotion or big saving or pricing are very misleading. The referral for friends through promotions are NOT easy and and require a lot of effort and a lot of people to join. Their practice is deceptive. Connectivity with PayPal is not working correctly. Authentification only progresses until the “im not a bot” validator. After that, it gets stuck. Support is unable to understand the issue and keep on transferring it from one agent to another.

When it comes to an app like this, it always gonna have a thing where you have to do something in order to get your stuff like this app. I don’t get why you have to invite people to accept your request and most of them is not gonna work because they already have the app or already done it to someone else which is stupid because I ask some of my friends if they can accept my request but most of them have the app already or already done it to someone else. And even if people burly have the app to accept your request, it’s not gonna work sometimes which is a scam because once they accept your request they can’t accept it again then your gonna have to ask someone else to download the app and it’s not gonna work and what if it takes a long time or if it’s damaged or something that makes the problem cause some anger because you wasted your whole time on something that you really wanted. Cmon temu be real with your stuff or have the timer taken away from the app because it causes some anxiety for people like me.

My review is that they take to long for it to deliver my original date said 20-26 they texted me and said they had to reschedule and I need my items that I paid for so now I have to wait for 3 more days for my stuff and it’s not all Temu fault it’s ups fault to they don’t know how to get their packages on time. I love temu but they have to make sure they have things in stock and that they have things ready to deliver.

So many things I’ve wanted to try, however I could not justify the price! With Temu I get to try those things guilt free! I follow a budget! Thank goodness because there is so much to try! I can pamper my whole family!
