Absolutely loved this app at first but now it won’t let you read and make any progress. You can view the book but it won’t allow you to claim the coins for any progress you read throughout the day! Please fix!

Won’t unlock chapters
I am having the same issue with a similar reviewer. Shows I have well over amount of coins for next chapter but on chapter pages says I don’t have enough and won’t unlock. I have asked for help and no one has gotten back to me to help. If I can’t read a book I want I would like a refund as well.
Very Frustrated
I purchased vouchers/coins but when I try to use the to continue reading, I’m not able to access them. How can I support an author with my purchase, if the app won’t allow me to?
Good but frustrating
So I’m attempting to read “Sweet Despair”. Well I made it to chapter 17 and of course it was where you have to have coins and vouchers to unlock it. Well I bought enough and they’re even showing up on my profile so I know they’re there. I did this LAST NIGHT and when I try to unlock the chapter it says that I don’t have any coins or vouchers. I’m so invested in this book but I can’t keep buying coins and vouchers to unlock it. I don’t know if this story is on another app but if this problem is not fixed I’ll be looking for it on another app.

Purchase chapters
I submitted purchase for Sweet Despair. Indicated that it was successful; yet, I cannot access the rest of the book chapters.
Wouldn’t let me unlock any chapters
It was working fine for me before but last night I went and top up so I can unlock the next chapter to the book I was reading but it wouldn’t let me. I try it on the other book as well but still doesn’t work. At this point I am considering refunding my coins what’s the point of keeping it when I can’t even use it. At this point I don’t have any way of fixing this.
