Lingo Japanese Romanization is the definitive Japanese Language Romanization input tool to assist speakers who struggle with keyboard text input and spelling. INPUT • Enter Romaji or English words using the standard English keyboard. • Lingo uses a simplified style of Hepburn Romaji Japanese romanization so NO need to enter special diacritical marks, unusual characters, or even proper spacing. • Sound out the words and type as you go, or type out familiar Romaji spellings. CHOOSE • Select the word or phrase you wish from a selectable list that automatically updates and refines your list from each letter you input into the Lingo app or from a list of direct kana conversions (such as hiragana or katakana). • The Lingo JP app has a dictionary of 16500 entries including 110k variations, to help you find the correct characters, words, or conjugations. • Also included in Lingo JP is an easily searchable database of 3000 seldom used Kanji characters for use in specific proper nouns (names, events, places, etc.).
