I started working out with Caroline in Sept 2019 and have stuck with her ever since. When the app came out it, I purchased it as a way of saying thank you for all the YouTube content. I do not have any of the issues other reviewers have noted. One improvement I would like is a check mark or something visual that I can tell that workout is done. Currently I “heart” the next workout for the next day so I can just start there instead of scrolling down to where I left off. I have to think a bit if I’ve been on vacation for a week and wonder where I left off. I have never been stronger and in the best shape of my life thanks to CG’s programs.
I wish the app showed the exercises that I completed with a check mark or something instead of just how many I did. I have to remember where I left off instead of the app telling me.
Love YouTube workouts and would love to pay $$ for an app. Too many bad reviews to make the jump though! Will look for news that the app has been fixed and then would love to move over from YouTube.
I love Caroline! I’ve been supporting her for years, but I’m starting to believe this app/subscription is a waste of money. You literally can’t get through one workout without it crashing in some way. Sometimes you can’t even screencast the workout, which is one of the bigger reasons I decided to subscribe. I’ve already cancelled my subscription even though I still have it for a couple more months. I ordered this app when she first launched it, and I’ve only been able to successfully get through 8 workouts in 6 months without issue. That’s terrible. I really hope they go back to the drawing board and figure out what the issue is.
This is the most frustrating app I’ve ever experienced! It only works on my iPhone and wants me to pay another subscription fee to work on my iPad, even though I’m signed in on that device. Customer service is nonexistent. They won’t respond to emails. I love Caroline and her workouts but this is ridiculous.
I love the creator, but I have to exit out the view to see what’s next and then it restarts the whole video. The warmup videos don’t be showing up either, it’s blank when clicked. Also can you list the name of the exercises in the warmup and cooldown. I wish the calendar shows the program setup where you are able to select the workout days and different times instead of just letting u choose 1 day and time only. Also can you include substitutions of exercises.
Love the app and workouts, but it recently required me to log in again and when I did, it lost my workout history.
I really like the app and workouts however, it would be amazing if a gym version of the workouts were available
I paid for the $100 year subscription because I love her workouts so much I figured it was worth it but the app is practically unusable. It freezes half way thru. If you restart and/or redownload the app to get it sometimes will function again. Now it’s asking me to join again to get access to the workouts.
One of my worst fears is having improper form and hurting something- with the form library, I have a better understanding of what the motions look like. For workouts at the gym, I use my phone, and when I work out at home, I can use my iPad!
