Absolutely no guidance provided

Really basic stuff like how to work with the files you’ve created you have to figure it out and in fact it seems like it just doesn’t have that feature. I have a lot of voice memos on average 30 seconds and I want to process them in a batch and it doesn’t seem to have that ability so I have to spend 30 seconds transcribing it and saving it. I emailed and asked for help and they didn’t respond. On the flipside what it actually does is very robust. I can’t figure out how to work with the files but how to use the file wow! It creates a transcription with a timestamp then you can touch any sentence and it will play that sentence. It also gives you tags at the top where it’s figured the words of the most significance. If you were working with a few files that are very long this thing is awesome

This is costly.

I downloaded this and after three days was billed a YEAR long subscription of $98.99. I could have just paid $2.99 for the one week I needed it but was not made aware of that option until AFTER I was automatically charged $98.99. I tried to email their support but have received no response.

Can’t transcribe during a phone call

I was testing the app and while it is pretty cool to talk, transcribe and translate, those functions do not work during a phone call, even though it says it can record the voice from phone calls. Am I doing something wrong? I have tried with speakerphone, headset and phone to ear method. Thank you.
