It’s great at ID-ing plants, even if your photo is a bit poor… But the light-meter is inconsistent, and the Diagnose feature (that tells you what’s wrong with your plants) is very inaccurate. Those two features are why I downloaded the app, so it’s a no for me.
I went ahead and paid for the subscription because i thought i could get expert help with a few problem plants i have. I uploaded the pictures and left the information in the comments but it’s been a few weeks and no one has gotten back to me. I’ve done it 2X and no response. So be weary if you think you’ll get a response back, seems like that part of the app doesn’t work.

I downloaded this app not knowing I would be charged for a subscription. Not interested in a subscription so now how do I get out of it.😡
How do I cancel this? I just downloaded and it says free trial for 7 days and it already charged my card. I want to cancel now

This app has helped me with maintaining my plants throughout winter.
Very good app
I tested three plant apps today. I did the free trial for this, which committed to $29.95 if I didn’t cancel within a week. I uploaded the same high quality image of a house plant to all three. Two of the apps correctly named the plant. THIS one did not. Also, it’s description of the issue with a black spot in the center of one leaf was so generic it was absolutely unhelpful. I cancelled the trial/subscription and deleted the app immediately.
