Purchased App paid for yearly premium, took my money and I can’t use the app. Wasted my $42 dollars. It only allowed me to take one picture and then the subscription box keeps popping up, I already paid for it and it doesn’t work

I’m that person that can kill an artificial plant! Last spring when my neighbor gave me this beautiful, 5 foot tall corn plant she assured me that even I could not kill it because it’s very low maintenance and was a great indoor plant for somebody like me that has a brown thumb! I’ve kept alive through the summer and the fall, and then winter came and my poor plant took a turn for the worse! I’ve been doing everything I can for it to keep it alive… this app just told me what’s wrong with it what I need to do to it! This app is amazing❤️🪴
