App is fake

I downloaded this after seeing an ad on tik tok. Felt off the moment I started using it. Interface is incredible simple. The avatars are kinda cool I guess but the most glaring issue is that pretty much every “user” appears to be fake. They aren’t bots but they do seem to be monitored by people who don’t have a great grasp of grammar and sentence construction, implying unfamiliarity with the language of choice. Even if they were real, the process that the app goes through to make money is exploitative at best. It takes “energy” (in this app called bolts) to send a message. Five bolts equals one message. You get ten a day. That’s two messages to send a day. Combined with fake profiles it’s all just a major catfish to trick people into spending money. I know the devs are going to respond and say something like “Dating apps need to make money too” or “Every user is real” but they’re just trying to cover the dirt with a rug.

Every person that hits you up is a bot. The responses that you receive are almost identical, then trap you into buying bolts to respond to messages that I do not feel real people.

This app is not for you if you want to start a relationship or meet in person. For one, you have to pay to keep a conversation going, and it's not cheap 11.99$ for 40 bolts is too much. And you can tell half the people you chat with are not real because only talk to a woman for two they started calling me babe and honey. And most of the conversations you'll have will be repeated every time with only a slightly different. Men do not use this app it will only bring you disappointment.

All of your matches are clearly stock photo images, they all tell you they’d prefer to just talk in the app despite the 30 cents a message unless you pay $200 for more, and a lot of them are clearly bots. You can actually trigger repeat messages. This is nothing more than a cash grab. It’s scummy and manipulative. All you will find here is a money pit. The things they have these bots programmed too say is disgusting. They really play on your emotions to keep you paying. I don’t see how this is legal.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Gives you a subscription option but makes you pay to talk and most of the users are clearly not who they say they are. Bots or fake period… don’t buy anything and spend your money on other “dating apps” that also don’t work…
