Don’t understand why u want money to run a light bulb? I’m just going to return the bulb.

Mandatory to Pay

1
Can’t use any of the app features without paying. This is literally just to control lights. I have apps to control other smart devices that are free.

Immediately wants to sign me up for premium

I just bought a freaking lightbulb not a membership. Very annoying

Absolutely not.

1
They expect you to pay for a subscription before you even know if it connects to your light. Pretty sketchy and greedy if you ask me.

Charging too much

1
You are charging too much!!! I was able to get wifi control on my new smart Sylvania lamp for free using Sylvania apps with no monthly charges.

Don’t pay $70 for this app

1
I purchased four bulbs at Lowes thinking this would be a neat set up for our living room. Downloaded this app and couldn’t move passed step one of set up without buying the app. Turns out there is a free app that controls these lights. Wish that was clear in the instructions. Search for the free one that corresponds to your bulbs before you spend money on this app.

It forces you to pay $70 to control the lights I already purchased. No option to continue or setup without paying
