Not Free

This app said that it is free but after I downloaded it to my phone it isn’t free. It says that if you want the feature that you want to use that is a subscription only option. But with my old android it was free so when you upgrade to a apple phone you have to pay for the subscription to use your phone to print a email. Why would I want a iPhone when you have to buy a subscription to use it to print a email. So you spend more on the phone, then you have to pay for the same service that was free on the android phone.

Just downloaded a 3-day trial but when it did not connect to my wireless Brother printer on the same wireless network, I looked to cancel. I was able to cancel finally thru Apple.

Forced Subscriptions

Before I had a chance to determine if this app would work, I had to subscribe. When I realized it didn’t work (won’t scan from a scanner), I had to jump through hoops to cancel the subscription. I do not trust software from companies that force users into recurring charges before a test drive. Good software doesn’t need to resort to that kind of nonsense.

This is the wrong app. It is not helping me with my needs not what I was looking for. I do not like giving financial information and requesting a refund immediately. I have not used and purchased a trial and cannot use. I would like to know if this is a scam. Because there is no customer service number showing.

Stupid that you can’t test that the app works with your printers before purchase. A reasonable number of pre-purchase test prints would be appropriate.
