Misleading
I couldn’t believe it when Dolvy increased my credit score 100 points a month into using it…but when I checked the other two bureaus, they showed vastly different numbers. I refuted and corrected an incorrect item on my credit report just to learn that it has been attempted to be removed but instead it was validated on the other bureaus report. It seems Dovly makes up their own numbers that make you very excited just to learn that it’s not what it seems

Deceptive Customer Service
This company has the worst support I’ve ever used. They ignored unresolved credit disputes for over five months, ignored requests to cancel, and continue to charge my credit card without authorization after I cancelled my subscription. My credit score didn’t see any improvement at all either. STEER CLEAR!

Important
No back button on the important screens no way back from making mistakes hard pass until back buttons are implemented, I made a mistake and now I can’t go back before submitting to a subscription
Don’t do for building credit
If you are building credit the last thing you want to do is to pay for subscriptions or annual fees on a credit card this company advertises offers for you to build your credit with these trash companies and you get left with more unnecessary money coming out of your pocket, i recently got my credit back on track and in my opinion your best bet is to speak to a financial advisor from a credit union, they are there to help this company is here to make money on the advertising it gets paid for to get more customers to more bad loans. Don’t give up and good luck to all
App is useful
I love that it shows your score instantly and give you everything all at once including help on disputing, and options to get better service, if you agree with the app so far so good
