According to their website, they are located in both Singapore and Hong Kong. They obviously have no honor, because they are willing to defraud people. Their ancestors obviously didn't teach them any respect. Their ancestors should be ashamed of them.

Nowhere to cancel free trial on app

Downloaded the app, but it never actually connected to my smart tv so the app is useless. Now I can’t find anywhere to cancel my free 3-day trial because that’s what it made you do to be able to use anything on the app. Emailed customer support but haven’t heard anything back. Seems to be a scam to me.

What in the world.

I purchased back in February the lifetime benefits. Everything was working fine up until today. Where it started asking me if I wanted to purchase but I thought the entire point was the lifetime membership. And I can’t get ahold of customer service. If somebody can help. I would like to ask for either a refund of my benefits back. Since it said lifetime. I have receipts from when I bought it.
