I’ve only been using this app for about a week but it’s been awesome! I love the accountability. I’ve fasted in the past. But I like that it personalized it to my size and goals. 16 off and 8 on is very challenging. But the timer and reminders are really great

Should be a basic timer, but bloated with too many unverified “insights”. All product features locked behind paywall.
This app is free to download, but it is not really free to use. You can just use a stop watch and get the same benefits from this app. Not enough features are available on the free version compared to the TONS of other more actually free to use apps. Why would anyone want to pay to use the other features when the only feature available to try is a stopwatch? Don’t waste the space on your device with this app. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one is because it is more aesthetically pleasing than one other app I’ve used.
I paid for this and it’s a joke . It’s just a timer and water log. I want a refund
