I been on a search for my perfect diet since I had my second child. Nothing worked for me (Low carb, clean eating, paleo, keto, fasting) Fighter Diet does, it works for me because I like to eat big, I can eat the same dinner every day but I like to change it up with BF and by the way the coco nana bread, green breakfast cake and the blueberry banana protein donuts are the bomb 💣 I downloaded this app in may during a fighter diet challenge. This is the best App choice I have made so far. This app offers fantastic variety and delicious recipes from different countries including Breakfast, lunches, dinners and the desserts, so good. There are constantly new recipes added, navigation is made easy, just type in the item you looking for and a variety of recipes will pop up. Certain meals are marked to inform the user that they are Refeed or XL Volume meals. 😉
I got this app for the challenges for FighterDiet. The variety on this app is awesome! And it doesn’t matter if you like to eat big or small, it has it all!
I love my recipe app! The recipes are so easy to make. The flavor and portion sizes are amazing! This app has helped me stick to my diet and eat healthy and be happy! This is for anyone who enjoys food! The best way to start a new lifestyle starts here! With this app!! Yes! Most of the recipes are one portion!! Prevent overeating by overeating the healthy stuff!! That’s what Pauline preaches!!
I started Fighterdiet Aug of 2021. The challenge books at that time included the recipes which was great, but this app brings this to a whole new level. I can try different things to find my favorites and make sure I stick to plan. FLOVE IT!!!!
We all think we eat pretty well workout enough but never see the results of our labor. When it comes to food these recipes are giving me enough to eat and maintain. Kicks my cravings to the curbside. All the guessing is taken out for you just make the decision to change your eating lifestyle and download the app! There’s plenty of sweets.. I’m not a sweet craver but the options are just amazing for me! Have lost 10 lbs and an inch around the body areas. You have to work walk and move as well but for a stretch I wasn’t able to intensely workout and the recipes help me lean out. Now I incorporate working out more! This is the way!

I love how easy it is to find recipes. There’s search and filter functions. It’s amazing how many different recipes there are and the variety. You don’t feel like you’re on a diet at all. Pauline Nordin knew what she was doing when she created Fighterdiet. The recipes are amazing. Get this app. It is amazing and well worth it.
