Cannot open files after downloaded
I downloaded the app on 3.6.23 and purchased it. Thankfully I only did month to month, something told me to. It kept telling me to verify my email but wouldn’t let me. The email sent wouldn’t work so I kept having send me new ones and those wouldn’t work. I even tried I’m web browser. I reached out to support and they were beyond unhelpful. Told me to verify my email ummm gee thanks and then in the second email they right away said if I want to give up they totally understand! They did not want to help me at all they didn’t even offer me a refund even though I wasn’t able to use the app not even once
Do not subscribe thru the app! Go thru the main website. Apple and We Transfer handle subscriptions separately if you buy your subscription thru the App rather than on the website. I encountered my account mysteriously downgraded from pro to basic when the recent conversion occurred this month. All my files have been deleted. I brought up the issue to several techs and both told me Apple handles the subscriptions by app. Its safer to subscribe over to there main website. I love using we transfers service but that experience was horrible.
Pro subscription with no ability to use iPad, Their support ticket system asks me for credit card number and receipt info, what is this joke?
Uploading eveything till 100% then stays there for days and nothing happens. Worst app ever
I purchased a photo of myself and friend on vacation. It was sent to my email and indicated I have to use this etransfer to open it. So I loaded it but no ability to get the photo. What’s up with that?
Whenever you’re planning on transferring heavy files to anyone, this is the app to use. I think this was the best thing ever created. It makes sending files so easy.
I love this app for transferring stuff from my iPhone with ease. It’s made things so much easier when I need to send a couple hundred images to someone. However, for some reason the app saves the transfer data into my iPhone’s “other” storage and it never expires even after the 7 day period has passed. As a result, with every transfer I send, the size of my “other” storage grows and deleting the app and reinstalling it does nothing to get rid of the cached data. The only way to delete this data is to reset my iPhone and restore it from a backup. Fortunately I chose an iPhone with a high storage capacity but it does get extremely annoying to have to reset my iPhone to clear this redundant WeTransfer data every so often. I’m at nearly 40 GB of lost space at the moment. Would really love to see this issue get fixed.
I can’t download anything to any of my devices. Thank God I didn’t get the yearly plam. I keep getting error messages saying oops something went wrong, but it never says wht actually is the reason why it won’t download. I’ve tried 3 different devices all with the same reply. There is more then enough space on the devices to download. I’ve tried downloading video and photos with the same result. Crooks
