Love the app and all the recipes, but can they please also share the Fahrenheit conversion?!
I was on vacation in Europe and ran across the cooking show. I was so impressed, I got home to the US and tried to view it again - but the show is not available in the US! Luckily, I found the app and love it. Almost exactly what I wanted … except, unfortunately, it does not include Dr Rupy’s demonstrations. Only the written recipes 😞. Oh well. I’ll take what I can get because these recipes are wonderful. If the cooking videos were added the app would be a true home run.
Title says it all. Worthless to me.
Many of the recipes are somewhat low in protein, fairly high in carbs. Love all the veggies in the recipes. Would like to see recipes that include grass fed, organic, beef. Organic whole milk yogurt and grass fed butter. These foods are not inflammatory when paired with veggies and fruit. Would be concerned that some of these recipes may cause a negative insulin response in some individuals with metabolic syndrome or diabetes.
