If you want to invest in something health is the best to invest in. I was skeptical about upgrading to the annual subscription, but tracking calories and being mindful of dietary restrictions will be worth way more than $50. Mind> Body but Body over everything else #proteinandproteinaccesories

I have paid for premium but when I try to find low carb meal plans the app shuts down. A lot of money for for just high protein plans which I can’t eat. So disappointed. Thinking about canceling mine. But it still wouldn’t get the money back to put it on something that works.
