This app is making my nutrition journey so incredibly easy. The tracking feature in the recipe area the meal area makes macro tracking no longer scary. thank you my fitness pal.
Its was great in regards to helping me maintain what I can eat since being diagnose with stage two diabetes . It helps me develop meals so I can stay in range of my carbs, fats, and protein. With this I have dropped weight and stayed in the correct range for proper sugar levels.
It’s great for weight loss and fitness. It’s also good to keep track of sodium intake and nutrients.
It’s great for being free. The premium plan costs way more than Netflix though
Good for tracking macros
I was turned on to this app by someone and it is great! I have lost 60Lbs in 5 months tracking what i eat. It also credits my calorie count when I walk as it syncs with my phone. It is simple and the database is vast for scanning bar codes. It keeps a history of my previous food item and allows me to swipe to duplicate a meal from the previous day. Well worth the 5 stars!
It's been a long time coming and it looks real good. I also see that I can access the complete set of daily totals with one
I’ve been on almost every diet and lose and then get lazy and gain some back. I’m finding this super easy. Just scanning your food and keeping track of what you put in your mouth. Probably the basis of every diet but it’s working for me now. I’ll review again at a month and hopefully it’s still working (and by it I mean me).?
This started to show its age but two things changed: they overhauled the UI and finally implemented dark mode. This has made accessing entries and getting an overview easier. Second, they continue to add food entries and make access to their food database even faster. The speed at which you can find foods in multiple languages via word search or barcodes is just amazing. Nothing beats this.
I’m very new to this app, so far I really like the ease of using it, very doable
