Not sufficiently useful to evaluate.

The “free” trial is about $5/wk! A free week May not be sufficient time. Only a few recipes are viewable and I could not go back to one I would like to try. They seem to select your meal plans rather than suggesting meals.

Mediterranean Focaccia recipe!

My godmother grew up in Italy, and always talked about the Focaccia that her own mother used to bake, and how she always regretted not having access to the recipe. I got this app, along with its other recipes, to see if it might have the Mediterranean Focaccia recipe that she grew up with. We decided to give baking it a shot, according to the recipe in the app, and amazingly enough, its the same one!! Or at least tastes enough like it for my godmother to feel like she's back with her mom. It was a wonderful gift to be able to provide her, and I can't wait to experience a part of her childhood that she loved for the rest of my life, along with all the other wonderful recipes in this book. Five stars!

Thank you to the developer

I’m a very creative and imaginative person—just not in the kitchen. Like, at all. One time I was standing in the Whole Foods produce section, and a fellow asked, “Can I help you, ma’am?” “I didn’t get the food gene in my family!” I howled. We were both more than a little surprised at my response. That’s a long way of explaining why an app like this is so important to me. The recipes are easy, the shopping lists are uncomplicated, the meals are delicious. My sincere thanks for this easy-to-follow food and action/cooking plan. Yum!

Very helpful when starting out on the mediterranean diet

There a ton of great recipes in this app with everything from breakfast to desserts. I have always been intrigued by the mediterranean diet and decided to try it out. The recipes are quite easy to follow, not too complex, and very tasty. The diet itself is not something that I will be sticking on because I want a little more red meat in my diet, but I will definitely be using this app down the road whenever I am looking to make some mediterranean food. I would recommend this app for anyone looking to expand their recipe horizon in this area.

Buyer’s Remorse

The recipes are nice but that’s all. I could easily find them elsewhere for free. There is no caloric breakdown or macro nutrient breakdown. Many recipes say “serving 1” but it is clear by the ingredients there are often more than one serving. How do paleo recipes fit in with the Mediterranean diet? There is no education which leads me to distrust the integrity of the recipes.
