Best podcast app. Hands down.
The Readwise integration with all my Snips is well worth the cost alone. AI chapters, the beautiful interface, and community feature also make Snipd 10x better than Spotify, Apple, etc.. Well done, ya’ll!
Totally garbage and deceive the users
Last year, I was disappointed about this broken thing because it only allowed users to migrate into it but not export data. I sent an email to request to delete the account. As a result, the product team replied that there was no such function; the person in charge of operating account deletion went on vacation and you have to wait for half a month! After waiting for half a month, someone finally replied that your account had been successfully deleted. But after at least one year, in order to research on the new features of this product, I downloaded it back. I didn't make any operation, but I was logged in to the old account that should have been deleted more than a year ago! The playback record and subscription list are just there in my eyes. You never give the users the right to delete the account and you lie to you user? WHY? Back to the AI feature and the community curated snips: they are nearly unusable. Every single podcast is not processed so you have to use your paid hours to process, which is TWICE the price as whisper AI if you know how to invoke it from API. The taste of so called groups are just so philistine that you won’t want to listen to their snips if you value your time and brain so much that you use AI to process more knowledge. Don’t waste your time here because I have wasted mine to test. Twice.
Used to be Amazing
If you have money for the subscription, you’ll get the best AI features for podcasts out there. If you don’t, I’d say don’t even bother because the “free” one episode you get is just a tease to get the subscription. Taking away something that was given for free before is not a good idea. It’s unfortunate it’s become like this. Hope the developers consider a “lite” alternative. If not for free at least more accessible for users that don’t need all the features.

Used to be my favorite app
I never write reviews but this blows out all competition for best podcast app. Edit: Just added a new update with a subscription model that neuters the base version. VC’s must of come a’knockin.
A must have app for lifelong learners
Between saving snips of podcasts, 3x speed, and being able to sync/export transcribed sections it changed how i use and retain info from podcasts.
