There is no FREE TRAIL, Even if you cancel right after the subscription!!! they charged me $7.99 and I reached out and they never got back to me,, here’s my story: I had a 7 day trial down to three, it’s was July 21 they had in parentheses July 24 they will start the charge if not canceled will be charge, I had til the July 31, it was on my receipt in my email. Aug 3 they charged me and I canceled this the same day I signed up, and never received a email for it being canceled, but my subscription said it was to end on the 31st. Yet tho I never Authorized a payment to go thru and they took it anyway. I am having apple handle it now since the failed to contact me.
It freezes all the time. The button to add plants is below the screen view and out of reach.
I purchased a lifetime, use it immediately. There was no diagnosis unless I would pay for an expert I asked for a refund immediately. They had no record of my purchase. I sent them a receipt and didn’t hear anything. Sent it again . Nothing. Sent it too more times. Nothing. Each time replying to their support email.
I very much love this app. It is easy to use and has soooooo many plants that I didn’t know existed. I’m happy I found it.
I love this app, and my plants are thriving. BUT…both my daughter and I live in the same house, and share houseplants. Can’t I add her to my account so we BOTH know when the plants need to be cared for?
This app is so useful, it identifies the plants I have at home by taking pictures, and they notify you when you have to water and fertilize. I personally love plants but life gets so busy sometimes I forget to nurture my little garden, so I love this app because it helps me stay on track.
I didn’t realize this app was $7.99 per week😳 I thought it was charging me monthly.. needless to say I’ve wasted $250 instead of just buying the $50 lifetime subscription. What a scam.
