Claims they have a money back guarantee. I tried the app but it just wasn’t working for me so about 2 1/2 wks in I cancelled and asked fir my money back and THEY WILL NOT REDPOND. I’ve asked kindly three times and they ignore me💸

Can’t log in need customer service

Stole the $
After I canceled the subscription they were keep charging my card for 3 months.
Beware! No meat! No refunds! Scam!
I should’ve known something was off when I was asked to buy a subscription prior to receiving my “custom plan”. I could’ve found the information they charged me $30 for on webMD for free. Then I realized there are zero meat recipes! Only tofu and other expensive veg ingredients that’s extremely hard to find and not sustainable. So after 1 day I asked for my $30 back. Nope! Despite touting “Money back guarantee” all of their website, they have a sneaky little scam of a refund policy tucked away in their terms and conditions that states they don’t issue refunds under these circumstances. This is why I use my credit card 100% of the time when shopping online. You never know when you will get sucked into a scam and I know Chase has my back!
Don’t try to cancel
If you attempt to cancel on the last day of your “trial” subscription they will still charge you for the next month. Don’t try and contact them about it either because their excellence is lacking in being pro customer. I would not recommend this app, save your money and just use the timer on your phone.
Frustrated!
I’ve been trying for over a month to cancel my subscription and they’re still taking money out! Please reimburse my money and cancel my subscription!
SCAM
The cost for the subscription is too much just for a timer. You cannot edit previous days, see your history, and cannot edit meal/ meal times. Please use an AMEX card to get a charge back. Alex will give you a hard time to get your $30 refund after the trial. It’s a waste of their time and mine when they to email them. I had a long email chain requesting my refund multiple times. I went directly to my bank and they did a charge back.

i used to love this app but now i can’t use it unless i buy a minimum of a $20 a month subscription :( i haven’t found an app i enjoy as much, but i definitely cant afford a subscription right now :/
Please Update App to Include an AUTOMATIC TIMER
Really needs a Start/Stop Fast Timer that turns on AUTOMATICALLY at each user's set time. I HATE having to remember to push a button every day to start my fast and stop my fast. Please ADD an AUTOMATIC TIMER feature and I will re-subscribe. This is a big miss!
