Subscription
The company needs to do better with the subscription. It suppose to be 9.99 for a week. But, the subscription don’t last for a week. I paid $10.69 on the 11th of May. I went in to use it cause I downloaded something for Mother’s Day my subscription was canceled and it is asking me to pay again. If you count that’s only 3 days not a week. I have been noticing that lately. Once I pay within less than a week I have to pay again. That’s wrong not fair and also false advertising. Then what you already downloaded you can’t use cause they want you to pay again after you have already paid. This needs to be fixed!!

Out of sync
I used it for a while, all was good. Now all of a sudden when I download my tiktok videos through TikSave the audio doesn’t align with the video anymore. That makes no sense bc that’s the only reason why I needed TikSave. But if it’s out of sync I can’t post it on my other platform anymore. I’m really disappointed.

Refund
I immediately noticed that this wasn’t the app I wanted to purchase. So I went to look for the information on where I can cancel. I’ve been trying to cancel this app and also to get a refund but there’s no information on how where to cancel. No button to cancel No number to call to cancel .
9.99 a week is WILD
Lol I just needed to remove watermarks that’s it, I don’t mind paying for a sub but it’s more than my Netflix🤣👎

This app is not worth the price they charge PER WEEK to use this. I have no account on the app, so I’m not able to update the subscription. It’s stupid. Don’t get it.
MISLEADING and CONFUSING
I want a FULL REFUND. This app is misleading and confusing. It doesn’t allow you to save the videos to your phone just a playlist on the app. I would give it 0 Stars. REFUND MY MONEY
I liked it but then..
So I wanted to use snaptik (other app) for free online, but it stopped working when i got an iPhone. So then I downloaded tiksave. And everythign was good until i saw the paying part. Now I deleted the app an sim not downloading until it lets me download it for FREE. I want ti five it 0 stars but thats not possible so 1 star.
