Ops! I wrote a bad review by mistake
Thought was another app😂this one is actually very good. They give you 3 days trial and app works great!
BUYER BEWARE- DONT PURCHASE!!
While I am still waiting to see if I get a response promptly from customer service, I believe this to be a scam. I downloaded the trial, I went into the app before a purchase or subscription was to be renewed, followed the instructions to cancel, the app does not show up in purchases through IOS. It STILL does not show up, except only in purchases after the fact. And there is NOT a place to cancel. They have charged me a fee that is not advertised. The get a refund it says I need to go through my Apple account to request it. However it does not show up there as a subscription or purchased item. And when I was trying to cancel prior, it said … if it does not show in your purchased or subscribed apps, there is nothing to cancel. So.. how do you cancel what you can’t access? There is no option to cancel. I want my money back. Wednesday- Once again I am commenting, you posted you’d be in touch… you again lie. It is Wednesday. I have received no contact or support from you except an automated response email that doesn’t help, just like your website, and no response otherwise here. I want to cancel my subscription and a refund for the subscription that I had no option anywhere to cancel and STILL HAVE NO OPTION TO CANCEL BECAUSE YOUR APP ONLY SHOWS UP AS A PURCHASE! It’s a scam people!!!
Uses influencer names for marketing without permission
Disgusted that this app is using my friend’s name for marketing. No permission was given and he’s not getting paid for them using his name all over Google and in ads. Those ads should be removed immediately. Gross. Don’t get this app.
Awful experience
Charged and cat cancel membership. Claim charges and membership through Apple but it not. Don’t use SCAM!!!!
Fraudulent Use of Fitness Professionals’ Names Do Not Fall for This
This app is using well known names to trick you into purchasing their programs. I’ve seen advertisements and I know one of these individuals personally. This professional DOES NOT advertise results and weight loss claims as promised in the ads here and has not given permission for his name to be used in such a way. Don’t fall for it.
False advertising…..
This app is advertising false claims on Google of instructors on the app. Rick Coffey is not associated with this app AT ALL!! They do not have permission to use his name.
Liars and Thieves
This app is using my name, Rick Coffey, without my permission, in its Google ads to sell its program with ridiculous weight loss claims. Although I believe dance is an outstanding way to exercise, and am a dance fitness instructor, I have no affiliation with this app, other than the company illegally using my name to promote a program I do not support. Shame on you, DanceBit.
Scam!!!
Please cancel my subscription. This is the worst app I’ve ever used. It will not show up in subscriptions on your Apple ID and they keep charging you each month!!!! Do not give them your card info!!!!!
Cont. to charge after canceling subscription
In response to PhelineCat that it’s the customer’s cluelessness in unsubscribing that is the issue, let me clarify; I did cancel my subscription through the App Store, and under inactive subscriptions, it shows that I canceled Dance-Bit months ago, & yet—lo and behold—I am still being charged, two different amounts from them. **THIS IS A SCAM** DO NOT PURCHASE!!! I did have to cancel and replace my debit card.
Great Dance Mix
I’m really enjoying the variety of dance style and instructors. I find the “hood job” etc. comments distracting, preferring either watching to learn or when the instructor calls directions.
