I love the food and workouts, this app is great!
Honestly such an easier way to get my workout on
Pros: -No fluff, ads, overwhelming content, external links, etc. Makes you stay focused on the reasons you downloaded the app. -recipes are very simple and you can even enter a step by step mode. I haven’t seen this in other apps. -It’s soooooo helpful to be able to filter through and see all her workouts and avoid ads, in a way you definitely can’t do on YouTube. Thank you and please NEVER add ads, this is SO refreshing compared to other apps!! Areas for improvement (Pamela please read!): -Filters for workouts don’t work too well. If you pick two tags, it will only show videos that have both tags instead of one. Same for recipes, although those filters are a bit more buggy than for workout filters. -you can’t listen to your own music because you can’t mute the workout video’s music. -I wish suggested workout plans could be somewhere in the app (like how you can add a suggested meal plan with one tap) so I don’t have to go to Instagram, go through the story til I find a plan near the end, take a screenshot, then go through the app and add each one manually. Also, I’d like to see some more plan options anyway. -I’d love to see an area where I can track my improvement in body measurements (I don’t mind if weight isn’t included, body measurements are more important to me) and take progress pics. I wouldn’t mind paying for the premium plan to have that. -would be very helpful to see nutritional pie chart for each recipe
These workouts are just the right intensity I wanted to up my game and here it is. Pam you’re so gorgeous and sexy, I never see any strain in your face or anything just beauty . what an inspiration!
I love this app! I wish I could afford the subscription but the free version is nice too. All the workouts are free which is mainly what I use it for. There are some free recipes too, I just wish there were more.
I am absolutely amazed with this app. I love Pamela and have been following her for quite some time now. This app is absolutely amazing. Every recipe is tasty and beautiful but still easy to cook. This is great for me. I am used to recipes with a million ingredients. PAMELA... THANK YOU FOR MAKING OUR LIVES EASIER! The blog portion of this app is also incredible. I’m not just saying this because I like Pamela but her blogs are the best I have ever read!!! They are on interesting topics, they are informative, but best of all they aren’t SUPER long like normal blogs. Finally, the workouts are great too! They are the same that are on her YouTube channel but all in one place. You can also apply filters for what type of workout you want (something you can’t do on YouTube) I love that there is an option to create your own plan. (This option is also available for meal plans) The app just makes it SUPER easy to keep everything neat and organized. The only thing I would ask to change is when creating the shopping list the amounts of each ingredient you need would apply instead of just what ingredients you need. But that is it! All in all this app is above my expectations! It’s only $1.99 a month to unlock everything or even less if you purchase a whole year. This is the cheapest subscription I have ever seen! And also one of the best. No brainer for me!

I love Pams exercise videos! This app is beautiful and well organized. She gives al the workouts for free and many recipes for free as well. The subscription is reasonably priced to unlock everything else! I look at it everyday and helps me stay motivated. Speaking of motivated, I think it would be cool to add notifications to remind us to train! :)
