This has to be one of the best apps I’ve ever gotten. There’s so many options and recipes and if I don’t have that recipe I can add it to my grocery list. The app makes me motivated to actually make meal plans and it tells you how to make everything in a simple way. There’s even workout plans that are simple to set up for the week and they’re effective and fun and make me break a sweat! It also lets you choose if you’re a beginner, etc. also, the subscription is only 2 dollars a month and free for a week. Totally worth it! I’ll probably end up buying the recipe book too :) thank you Pamela!!
So glad I found Pam I love her workouts and her recipes! The workouts are hard but fun that I don’t mind the burn. Her recipes are amazing the whole family loves them. Only wish there was a check off button when you have done a workout
Everything is in grams, USA doesn’t use grams, we use cups. So I have no idea what amounts to use :-(. Also when you heart a recipe is there nowhere that shows you all the recipes you hearted???
There are workouts for bad days, off days, good days and everything in between. I have had amazing results with these workouts and this planner! Thank you, Pam!!!
The app looks great and makes me happy just opening it! It’s also very useful and easy to make plans, refer to recipes, etc. One thing I wish it had is for the workouts, I wish there was a way to watch on YouTube so I can save the videos to a playlist to watch on my laptop, or even to share the link somehow. That’s the only thing keeping me from using the app fully.
What’s not to love, she’s beautiful, relatable, and kind. The workouts have been so great and for the first time I feel like I’m seeing and feeling results. I’m back to below my pre-pregnancy weight and I’m encouraging my friends to check this out. I think soon I will be able to get the full membership.
YESS thank you Pam and her team!!! I gave feedback that the app should have those workout plans she posts on Instagram already in the app so I don’t have to copy everything over each week. I’m SO impressed that this was taken into account and added to the app!! It’s the best when people listen 💕
It’s a great app. And Pam is working hard on improving it, making it even better. I enjoy using it to create my own workout plans and watch the workout videos on it. The app makes it really easy and motivating to do Pam’s workouts.
I use this app every week to plan my workouts. Since the new update, addig individual workouts for my plan is so much more difficult and takes forever scrolling through the big pictures to find a workout. An idea for this is to be able to search for a workout by name or if there was a grid view option. Also one more place for improvement: the filters cancel each other out and it would be nice if searching for two categories (both recipes and workouts) would show me all options from those categories. Everything else is great and I love the app othervise.
I love the Pam app! Not only does it look really pretty, the recipes are delicious and tasty and the workout planner is great. I would 100% recommend getting the premium version, it is worth the money
