THE BASICS: 1. Yummy and healthy recipes, using natural ingredients. 2. I love to replace „bad“ ingredients of classic recipes - for example cane sugar or white flour - with more healthy alternatives. Therefore we can still eat dessert. But we get important nutrients, vitamins and minerals at the same time. The result? Food and sugar cravings will say goodbye and you’ll start feeling happy with your healthy diet. 3. Quick & easy! I know, it’s not possible to spend hours in the kitchen every day. Most recipes are therefore quick, easy & ideal for take-away. 4. All recipes are perfect for a fit lifestyle. Huge amounts of fats or sugar (alternatives) are therefore not part of the Pam app. It’s my job to have a flat tummy & toned thighs.. and that’s not even that hard! 5. Take responsibility! Really good!

I didn’t expect much from this app, but the price was low so I decided to try it out. I am already impressed by the recipes, and excited to try the workouts now.

So convenient

I love this app. I can plan my meals for specific days, make a shopping list and assign favorites, so easy. And delicious. The exercise videos are straight to the point, easy to follow and work my body to the perfect sweat. So many options for different ability levels or if your feeling really strong one day or a bit weak (or lazy:) another. Awesome price point too. Wonderful, wonderful app.

Almost there

I love Pam, so hopefully this is just to help the app become even better. I think the app is ‘fine’ - it does what it needs to do. I would love to see workouts update on their own, and be able to move days around not just delete or add a workout. If I don’t want to do butt on monday but on Tuesday, i have to add the individual workouts to tuesday and delete them from monday instead of just switching around the days. I’m not sure why it tells me what week I’m on when the workouts are the same for everyone no matter what week you’re on. So that’s confusing to me. It would also be incredibly nice to have “programs” or challenges that I can sign up to that get progressively difficult. I think the biggest miss on this app is accountability. It’s hard when I can’t see milestones/achievements or some sort of finish line. I think that’s the one thing that the bbg app has done well including bookmarks to take body pictures for progress.

Amazing App!

You won’t regret this app! If you’re looking for fitness from beginner to intense, delicious and healthy cooking recipes, tips on fitness and food, and an amazing trainer— Pamela Reif! I guarantee you will love this app. 💕💜 the app is free for a few starter but if you want the full access for $20 for a year, you’ll definitely not waste your money!

I’m not giving it 5 stars simply because I haven’t tired the full access to the app and that’s my choice. I don’t have the funds ATM. Regardless, this app is amazing! We still get free recipes without subscription, to give us a taste of what the full access could provide. The workouts are awesome and easy to work around with. You’re able to plan out your own week ahead, whenever you like. Or, you can choose one of many options that Pamela has made for us. I’ve tried incorporating different apps on my phone to add variety, but sadly I couldn’t get a start on them unless I chose a subscription of a crazy amount in cost. So, I’m glad I decided to give Pamel’s app a chance. You still get to use it without being overly restricted. That’s a plus in my book 🍃 Give it a try! You won’t be disappointed. I’ll even come back to edit my review when I get full access.
