Castle, the largest community of survivors, has fallen. Once a beacon of hope in the post-apocalypse, it now shares the same fate as the rest. Amidst the chaos, a small group of survivors managed to escape into the barren wilderness. You are the Commander of these survivors. While escaping the zombie horde that utterly destroyed your last sanctuary, you come across a strange building jutting out from the ground. Low on supplies and left with little options, you decide to take refuge in this building. Fun game but ruined by bullies.
I don’t even mind spending money on the game, but when players who are multiple levels high than your alliance come in and bully you, message you, play mind games… just for sport, it kind of kills one’s ability to enjoy the game. Game developer, please do not bother responding with your canned answer of joining an alliance and working together, etc. When you have a great alliance but no one has broken through above level 18, you have no power to deal with bullies who just love tormenting other people. Waste of money. Also, I would not let a 12 year old play this game, the world chat is raunchy and disgusting half the time.
It’s a cool game
The game can be played on a little money here and there. But its not a money grab game to play.
Game play
There are too many barriers to play. You can’t open more areas because the game wont let you. You can’t go outside because is locked and the game doesn’t tell you how to unlock. I want to move zones. I meet the criteria to move but I don’t have a zone pass even though it says as a newbie I should be able to move free but I can’t. I have reached out but no one responds, you just get the same info that does not help. Disgusting!

Don’t download this game. First off, it’s NOTHING like the ads. If you expected to play a fun little zombie killing game by yourself, you’d be wrong. What you’re really playing is a war game with other people that will make you want to pound your head against a wall. When I say war game against other people, I really mean a pay to win game against some of the biggest bullies with over inflated egos in the entire world. The developers will tell you to join an alliance for protection. What they don’t tell you is that no strong alliance will accept you without a high cp level. To really get that level within a good amount of time, you have to pay a crazy amount of money to progress. I’m talking thousands of dollars. This makes the game uneven. You have huge alliances with combat power levels of 30million plus able to attack people with about 1,000 CP nonstop. Speaking of these big alliances, they run the game. You can have one alliance, let’s pretend and call them WEF *cough cough*, who has different “mini” alliances like wEF and wEf. They’re not really mini, it’s all the strongest players on the map. They plan out the season map, dictating which alliance can go where and when. Don’t wanna follow them or their rules? You will be endlessly stalked across the map and zeroed over and over again, stopping and restarting any progress you might have made. Don’t want to get attacked? Buy a protection bubble! 8 hours for 1,000 diamonds! 24hrs for 4,000! Only thing is you have a pay crazy amounts of real money for like 2 diamonds. Don’t want to buy diamonds? Get one from alliance shop! For 50,000 alliance points and oh, only once a week. How does that benefit anyone not in these giant alliances? It doesn’t, it makes them a human farm. And how it is ok for new alliances to be created at any time? These big alliances make even more mini alliances with their equally strong alt accounts. There should be a time period when alliances are to be created and when they can’t, sort of how you don’t allow people to jump zones whenever they want (and keep them stuck for a season with these game terrorists).
Too expensive to play
This game like most other war games are extremely expensive to keep up if you want to compete. Devs are super stingy on free stuff or rewards. This game consumed a lot of time to play as well. If you are planning to f2p, then likely you are the prey endlessly. They will atk you for resources until you quit. Not fun if you don’t spend. If you spend, it’s a bottomless pit for your wallet.
Cost
Lower upgrades you much higher than games of the same stature. Very hard game to learn and I feel you just wing it more than anything
Not for KIDS! Previews do not show game play!
The actual game play is nothing like the previews show. This is not a fun game of building a base and defending against zombies. This is a world domination game that none of the images/preveiws show or say anything about. The world chat is full of sexual comments and inuendos. People are singled out and followed around the map, full alliances will join in tomenting/bullying a single player both in chat and on the map. No consequences for players that make sexual comments in chat. NOT FOR KIDS! This game needs a mature 18+ requirement due to the chat.
Great and addictive game
It’s a good game ofc like many games now a days it’s gonna have some very tempting and good micro transactions. However I hate that I keep having issues with the ladders, it keeps telling me I have to build a ladder to get to a certain place but I already have a bunch of ladders.
Satellite data needs processing??? lol
Among many other people from what I read I am stuck at the satellite data needs processing loophole. The game started off good two arms later I just sorry of play and do the same things collect so my gophers try to rescue survivors which is all I can do I guess I’m going to move on to another game at first I thought it was just me but after reviews and Google searches I realize it is a problem with the game that no matter how many complaints just won’t get addressed For that you get one star. Too bad
Last Fortress Review
This game is awesome!! Just like the ad, but even better. The graphics are amazing and the gameplay is easy to catch on. The characters fit with the storyline as well. I deleted all of my other games just to keep this one. Thanks
