Doest work for me. Bills you every month, hard to not get billed, not user friendly, just a bad app.

It keeps asking me to go premium on every button of the remote. I can’t even choose the home button without being asked to go premium…
Unhappy
Soon as I opened up this remote site, I was contacted by the fraud for fraudulent account. Please take me off your account and give me my information so I may delete it myself. Thank you.

BEWARE: this so called Samsung app is nothing but a ripoff. Has nothing to do with Samsung. Based in Vietnam. Kiss your charges goodby. Wish there was a minus zero rating.

This app is a scam!!!!!!!! This app contains ads that lead you to believe that you’re signing into the site but you’ve actually been directed to a fraudulent website for a streaming service. It also asked for my credit card number and said I would not be billed for the free service. However, within minutes I received two fraud notifications from my credit card company - both were for escort services…seriously. I am fortunate that I have never received fraud notifications from my credit card company, that is until today, minutes after downloading this app and trying to connect to my TV. It maybe purely coincidental that timing of these incidents occurred following the downloading of this app but I don’t think so. Deleted and feeling more at ease.
Absolutely horrible
I paid $49 for a remote control that takes 10 minutes to connect. I want a refund but there’s no way to contact someone. This is borderline fraud.
Grubbing App. Don’t download
Pure garbage. It will allow to do one thing then it never stops asking you to upgrade to premium. Deleting and reporting to Apple and dumping this Samsung TV for a Sony
