I tried to see if a vine was poison oak. It said it was a large tree. App didn’t work for me at all.
By default it automatically subscribed to premium. Trying to unsubscribe but they did not give any option for it. Cannot view any option for unsubscribing on iPhone subscription list too. Please unsubscribe the app from your end as this is really frustrating and unethical too.
I’ve tried and I’ve tried. But this app can’t identify any of the 20 plants I bought. They’re just simple Alocasias and syngoniums. I’m lucky I flirted with shop owner! He told me what they were and slammed the app as useless.
I don’t have a choice to cancel .please make that choice easy for the costumer’s do it on the same app. I have look I can’t find it.Hope that see that change soon .So I can by yearly subscription.
This app has potential. I didn’t need it so much for identifying plants, more so to identify what’s wrong with them. It does a good job at that but when it gives you solutions on fixing them, you can’t expand it to read the rest of the instructions. That section of the app does state that it’s in beta testing, and I have no problem paying a subscription once those kinks are worked out, but for as long as I have to Google the solutions after identifying them I’m not going to pay for it. And it doesn’t seem like there’s an option within the app to report problems or give feedback. I do like that it will set reminders for a watering, fertilizing and repotting schedule though.

Too expensive for a week not even worth it for a month
Doesn’t work as advertised. Labels an insect infested plant as healthy, wrong plant identifications. Also multiple grammatical and spelling errors.
I never realized I was being charged $8 every week. Beware. They did it for years. I tried it once and immediately unsubscribed. Yet somehow I have been charged every week since.
The app says free on the App Store, but it’s not, and you really only get three days and then you’re paying like seven dollars a week.I don’t mind paying for an app, but $7 per week is a pretty steep price for identifying a few plants in my backyard.
