Grate app for a while until ..

Hi when I first got this app I was like wow this is amazing !!!! And it even explains how to do the math problem and the steps to get the answer but lately I go into the app I take a picture of the problem and I click to solve the answer and something pops up saying get premium and I don’t want that so I click out try again and it just keeps popping up and won’t even solve the problem like I can’t get the answer unless I buy premium I try the calculator to but it just dose the same thing I loved this app until that started showing up creators thank you for making this app its amazing but could you please fix this thank you have a wonderful day 🙂🙂🙂🙂

Not worth the money

I paid for the subscription and submitted my question. I never got an answer. Four months later I logged in again and there’s my answer from January. I submitted six questions today. One answer was incorrect and the other two did not fully explain how they got the answer. Three hours later I’m still waiting for the other answers. I noticed on Discord that other customers have been waiting days for their homework help response too. This app is a great idea but it’s not ready for public consumption as it doesn’t appear that this company was prepared to really serve its subscribers. They should have spent a few months or longer gathering math assignments from all the leading curriculum providers of the largest districts. They should’ve had solutions to those assignments and then uploaded them so that more customers could get quick immediate correct solutions. This would should the immediate ROI for this app. Better yet, they could hire the teachers who use these assignments to do the initial uploads. Then the teachers who are actually teaching it can answer the same way they teach it AND the teachers can make some well deserved extra money using their knowledge and skills! Perhaps the company did do this, but it sure doesn’t seem like it. We live in one the largest school district’s in the country. I can’t imagine our 8th grade math work comes from some obscure curriculum provider. I’m going to cancel and try another homework help company but I fear that they all operate similarly.
