Please help! Feeling frustrated
I am an annual subscriber through my Apple ID. For some reason the CHANI app no longer logs me right in and instead asks for my email and password. It says my email isn’t recognized. I’ve emailed you two times for help with no response! I’d love to get logged back in as I love CHANI. Please help beyond the email provided in the app!

Listening to CHANI‘s weekly astrology podcast became a hobby during the pandemic for me. It has since turned into a North star that helps me understand the comings and goings of the world around me every single week. i’ve been following astrology lately for 15 years, but some thing about the way that Channing specifies the information for our current times, takes it out of the hippie, dippy realm, and into the pragmatic, the practical, and the useful. Not to mention! The fact that she exists on the periphery of the tech space, and has done so, with no VC money, no plans to integrate, BC money, and routinely offers monetary benefit to the community that she serves LGBTQIA+ makes her a true leader of our time. Chani, you and your team keep on keeping on!

Chani, I love your program and thank you for sharing your wisdom, insight, and observations. I have not always resonated with the reverberations of astrology, but thanks to my partner I have reconnected with the lore of the stars, the planets, and the Gods. Greek/Roman mythology has always been an interest of mine, and through listening to these podcasts I see in my mind’s eye Pluto taking us on a journey on the River Styx, Mercury flitting about spreading messages and jokes, and Mars, spear in hand, leading our energy into action. There is so much to do and explore through this app. It feels impossible to take advantage of everything it has to offer, BUT it’s perfect for constantly exploring and learning more.
Astrology for the collective
Growing up on Scorpio-specific horoscopes in the 80’s/90’s gave me the impression I was destined to be outwardly sexual. I dismissed astrology due to the smut I was exposed to. Time travel to 2022 and Chani and her team of astrologers entered the scene. This team are experts in describing correlations between the movement of the sky and what is happening on Earth. If you haven’t read You Were Born For This, I highly recommend you do. Chani has transformed my understanding of astrology as an approach for the collective, subtle nudges to what your intuition is saying “yes” to, rather than the (exploited) individual.
Gratitude
Though astrology has always intrigued me, for some time it felt too big and confusing to delve into very deeply. The Chani app has lifted the veil. The explanation of my chart, weekly readings, and resources have me feeling seen in ways I’ve only felt seen by those who love me the most. It is with almost uncanny regularity that the astrology of week ahead (which I often listen to mid-week) has recounted my actual lived experiences, soothed my tender heart, or exalted my accomplishments. This is next-level affirmation of what we as a collective are feeling, doing, and being. Thank you Chani and team for your gifts.
