I love the program and look forward to hearing it any chance I can, but the app has been nothing but a headache. Somehow it kicked me off, and it won’t let me log back on. I paid the annual fee, my funds have been taken out of my account, but I am not able to sign in. I got new pass words, tried to sign in, yet I get that little loading circle, and just like that it takes me back to the sign in page again. So basically it’s a circle I can’t get out of. Much like the Israelites in the desert. I keep circling back to where I was. And I can’t get anyone from the app to help.
