Such a wonderful app! I use it almost daily and find yoga videos that fit my needs. I’ve been doing yoga with Yoga For Weight Loss a little over a year and have gained so much strength and confidence. I also haven’t been sick! I also find that it is so amazing for my mental health.
Yoga For Weight Loss is the perfect start to each and every day. The videos are fun and encouraging. You can go deeper if it feels good. I recommend the subscription- where you can supplement your daily practice with all kinds of added videos to challenge yourself and raise your level. Every day I feel stronger and more flexible.

After spending years in the studio only for practice, I started Yoga For Weight Loss and although the yoga practices are shorter, I am able to keep my mind quieter in my own setting (at home). I never compare myself to anybody else, I never get upset or embarrassed when I fall, and I feel like this has made me a more mindful yogi. A nice combo of getting out of the mind and getting into the body
This practice has helped me so much since I started. Not even sure where to begin. I have physical issues and struggle with bipolar depression. It helps both. I know anytime I’m down, and I stray away from it, it is right there to comfort me and help me back on my way. To self love, to less pain, self forgiveness, openness, I could go on and on.
Before this app, I was never really able to connect with a remote practice, but now I kind of do not see the point of attending a real class. Yoga For Weight Loss is a great app and such a fun! Whether you need a calm yoga practice or a really active one, you are going to find the right video and have an amazing experience whenever you want and wherever you chose. I do recommend it!
My daughter told me about Yoga For Weight Loss. I was already doing yoga in the evenings 2-3 days a week after work- but I thought I would see what it was about- I started working out and fell right into it - loved it. You never finish a yoga session and think, boy, I wish I hadn’t done that. The biggest obstacle to doing it is myself. There are so many sessions available and FUN!
I love Yoga For Weight Loss- it helps me ground myself and gives me permission in the winter season to hibernate within yet begin to prepare for spring and blooming and new growth.
