So far I really like this fitness app. It helps me jumpstart my day with a simple, fat-burning workout in the mornings before my shower.
This fitness app is basic and to the point. I love that I can do my workout anywhere, then go about my day with that feeling of accomplishment and that rush of exercise-released endorphins. Some of these exercises really work up a sweat! My heartrate soars right to the fat-burning zone whenever I incorporate running in place with jumping jacks. Overall a great app for getting into shape.
The only thing I would change about this fitness app is to maybe add music to the exercises. Or I could just continue using my earbuds and own music, haha. Either way, the app itself is awesome! I can work up a sweat in just a few minutes of the bodyweight exercises."
