after the update to newest version, the app force closes as soon as you open it. I have been a paying SVIP member for a while and have prepaid for the next quarter (within the last week). I tried contacting service, but the submit button does not work and only zooms in on the text. Very poor execution on retaining paying members!!!!
After months of trying to get in touch with support I have finally canceled my subscription. Go to App Store, click on your profile, then manage subscriptions. The inapp buttons for canceling do not work.
They charge constantly and from what I am experiencing there is no way to cancel. The platform is flakey...not easy to navigate, no help and a high price for the stories. I thought Apple did a better job of checking out the apps.
I downloaded this app. and opened it. But everything don’t seem to work. I can’t only a partial half of the pages. It’s hard to read when you can’t see and read the whole sentences. You can’t even see the options or let alone signed in. What’s up with that… fixed all this problems.
Even after purchasing the SVIP membership which cost $17 monthly, you still need to pay more coins to unlock more chapters of the new incomplete book. I do not recommend unless you are willing to pay more money.
The WeRead app does not have a way to get a hold of someone for support. I downloaded the app, purchased the monthly subscription. The took money out of my account without the account showing active. I tried contacting them through the chat and email option. I have not received a response and was locked out of my account with no way to sign back in or to reset my password. I would not use this app.
