Fraudulent Charge

I have only had the app for 1 day, so I’ve barely used it, but it was advertised with a 14 day free trial in the app, but I was immediately charged the subscription price with a renewal a month out. I was not allowed the free trial as advertised.
Doesn’t show full DD payout

I paid $18.99 for a month of service because it advertised showing full payout on doordash but it was wrong.
Maybe I’m missing something….

Maybe I’m Missing something with this app. Because so far, I’m not impressed at all. I use another app (free) and it provides me w a lot more useful info. I’m not seeing how this is worth downloading. I tried it for 3 days and it didn’t help me at all in fact It was a waste of time for me.
Continually Crashes

This app took some getting used to. Things were going okay until suddenly the app wouldn’t stay open and it continues to crash every time I try to open it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled so many times I have lost a lot of driving time. The worst part about this app is that you get used to using it, and count on it, only for it to fail right when you need it most! I won’t be renewing my subscription.
Not for everyone

It’s a good idea, but doesn’t really help me. I’m a Platinum driver for Lyft, and the filters I get on Mystro don’t really compare with what I use on Lyft. In any case, switching between driver apps is just one screen tap away.
Data hog

Somehow I have only been using this app for literally 3 shifts on Uber/Lyft and it’s sucked 7gb of data in three days!!!

I was curious. Always trying to improve. Used the week long trial to adjust to using the app as well as trying different filters. After a week I was comfortable but unsure if I was able to earn more so I bought in and here’s what I found: The app does, in fact, switch off Lyft or Uber when you accept a ride. The filters also work. Find what you need as a minimum and the app will automatically accept jobs without you needing to make a decision. Very helpful while driving. I would argue the safety component is the feature I value. If you set the filters too high though, you won’t get many jobs and you will end up needing to reset or accept jobs after a quick review. The app absolutely does NOT help you earn more. It does not! I’m in Austin. I make $29/hour without the app and about the same with it. I could easily argue I make less. Glitches. Yes, they are there. At first I thought it could be my network, Verizon, but it isn’t. Glitching cost me a few rides. Got frustrated and eventually decided to discontinue. I may not make more money but I’m certainly not going to make less because a glitch cost me a ride. For me Lyft worked better. The glitches happened more w Uber. I don’t Door Dash any longer. The safety element is worth considering but the $20/month charge is too high a price point. I’d consider an updated version if the glitches were fixed and the cost was around $5 or $6/month. Hope this helps.

Excellent app. Constantly using the Mystro app for more than 3 months. Using it for Uber & Lyft. Signing on to the Uber & Lyft app is easy. I keep the driver apps closed, letting the Mystro app do all the work. I LOVE IT. It does help make me more money. The app gets me more rides faster. Keeping me driving continuously through the two platforms. I can quickly check each ride location, mileage, and per hour salary for each ride before accepting it. I have not experienced any glitches with accepting rides. Have not missed any rides. And, am able to decline rides I don’t want.

It gets old having to re install the app then re enter all my Information yet again for Uber and Lyft and reverify everytime. Perhaps you should charge a little more and have the app actually work as intended.
The app of bugs

The app is full of bugs. The app is keep putting my Uber on offline for no reason because of this I missed my scheduled rides and now I’m no longer eligible for reservations and it costed $500 worth of rides per week. The support is unresponsive and unreachable and the app is so overpriced for being so useless.
