Actually Works!
I know this might sound like a paid advertisement, but I swear on my soul this app has gotten rid of the Male Enhancement and other types of spam texts instantly! This app makes me less annoyed with scam/spam texts and keeps me from having to see such fake messages. Also, the ability to do a type of Tinder swiping on what is spam and what isn’t to you makes the app learn, which is lovely. You can choose if you are unsure if it’s spam, but it’s beneficial for letting the developers know and tweak their scam protection to allow actual texts, such as Google sending a code to log in, into your inbox. You can also ban certain words, phone numbers, and phrases from showing up. You can also allow specific numbers, words, & phrases to show up

It was fine… and then it wasn’t
It did its Jobe for a while, but lately I’ve been getting at least 6 text daily from phishing accounts claiming to be PayPal IT security. It’s exhausting, I’ve been reporting each one of them and I still don’t see any reduction in spam and fishing texts.
It’s missing lots of spam….
I have all spam blocking turned on, yet I’m still getting political nonsense texts. Smart block is supposed to stop any texts not in my contacts, it is failing monumentally. Either do what promised, or admit failure. You are on the clock, get to work or you will be gone!

Worked great when it was first downloaded. Stopped working several months later. All of the texts and phone numbers that were blocked disappeared and no text or phone numbers can be added. “Block” just sits there and goes nowhere.
What happened?
The app used to work great, now you can’t enter in words or numbers to block. It allows you to enter numbers/words to allow, but not block. Fix it!

Can't make allow and block lists anymore! What's going on? It's completely useless now.

Just Ok
For the paid service, I was unable to customize the block or allowed text message options. It appears they have removed that. In addition, I am still getting spam text messages that bypass the service. I have found other apps like this one that are superior and so I have gone with them.
