I like the interface and stretches. I gave 3 stars because I can’t edit a custom routine nor can I copy a routine to use as a base for a new one. This means every time I want a change I have to start all the way over and make a new routine.
Would give 5 stars if you add at least 100 yoga poses. There’s some poses I would like to add to my routine but can’t which makes it difficult for me to do yoga at home by myself because of my ADHD. I have to remember what pose to do after a certain pose which makes it a bit of a challenge for me to complete my routine. I do love how easy it is to navigate the app. Please add more poses. Or at least add a button where I can take pictures and name and add my own custom poses please. That would help so many people who has to modify their poses to use like yoga blocks , straps and blosters due to like a injury or age.
It keeps freezing on level!
Another App Store pariah that shoots to the top of these pay to play lists where Apple allows companies to rise the ranks without providing ANY value to the end user. If you don’t pay, it lets you do literally nothing. How does an app rise without being free on the free apps? Late stage capitalism baby.
Bend gives me a way to stay consistent with stretching regularly. I used to dread stretching because it felt like a waste of time. But now I look forward to it!
It helps me get my day off in a positive way menu and physically.
Just stared App
I have had spinal cord surgery 1 1/2 yrs ago. Bend has helped me regain so much. I love it! It changed so much for me! Between surgery and normal aging I felt like I’d lost myself but I’m back to like i was 10 yrs ago! Thank you!
After years of not working out decided to check this app and it is fantastic! It gives you small routines that anyone can do anytime ! I felt energized the first day!
