This app is terrible,,the draw start a 9:00am New York time, is about 4 minutes away to 12:00pm and they still running the draw 3 hours and counting terribly mothod, compared to SNKRS APP 30 minutes is the longest time it takes for results even if you get a L the notified you… April,6,2022 March, 12, 2022 I won the YEEZY Oreo raffle on confirmed App, On March 14 FedEx sends me a message letting me know that my package is delayed and that it will arrive the next day, the next day FedEx sends me a text message saying that they left my package in the house, I quickly call the house and send someone to pick up the package and it was not there they left other packages for other people who live in the same house but my package was not there, I make the report with FedEx and to make this story Shorter until today neither FedEx and Adidas solved anything for me, especially Adidas who tell me that they are not going to return my money $250.40, Adidas is simply stealing from me for an item that I have not received, and adidas customer service are very unprofessional Employees. June 3 2023/ Confirmed app wort then any other sneakers app, Can’t even let you login keeps saying error for about a Week already with the same problem, the just legged me out and not letting me logging again, Customer services still SKS like always.
I hit on the first day I downloaded all the comments of people that are mad you can tell you are all mad because y’all cannot hit lol , when there’s a drop there’s obv going to be connection issues ,, hmmm bright idea idiots ?! 😁 why don’t y’all enter the drop early instead of sitting there proactively on the app so it can get over crowded? Y’all didn’t know you can enter a drop then come back when it’s finished to see if you won ??
I signed up for 11 different shoes and won 0. It wasn’t because I was late I repeatedly checked the app to see if new shoes came out or if I won. Witch didn’t happen, it’s just waste of time. Honestly just feel like that want your card information witch they keep asking the Cvv with every thing you sign up for. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone it.
I had my correct address before I ordered a pair of shoes. They sent my shoes to my old address in a different state. I will never buy adidas anything again. You have lost a life long customer. I remember buying drose 2.5 PE shoes when I was a kid and I have been a fan since. I am no longer a customer. You guys have time and time again proved to have the worst customer service and your apps don’t even work correctly if they send shoes to the wrong address. Thanks for essentially stealing my money. Go Nike! Go Jordan! Go New Balance. Anything but adidas. Never ever again.
During registration time, it will consistently say “Sorry, something went wrong. Please check your internet connection” after trying to submit registration, while my connection is good and speed is super fast. Understand the server latency will be high during peak time but you really should improve the process by having a queue or something and have a better error message. Awful and disgusting experience at this moment. Also I got randomly logged off and was never able to log back in before registration ended.
Honestly im only here for the Yeezys. I literally missed about 5 drops in 2 day because the app kept glitching. I called 4 friends and they all had the same issue. Im going back to nike i cant take this.
Adidas has a lot of work to do on this app. It constantly logs me out, forgets my address and billing information, and then tells me the information is already in the system after failing to load it. It’s an endless cycle of error messages. The server gets overloaded during the exclusive merch drops, which is the only time you really need the app anyway, and won’t even let you log in. It times out over and over. Get it together.
